- Lord, thank You for the Word
You have been sending into my life that got me where I am today. Thank
You.
- Lord, please let the hammer of
Your Word break me into pieces just like my Lord's body was broken for me.
Don't let there be any leg for self to stand on when confronted by Your
Word and thereafter.
- Luke 24:32. Let the fire of
Your Word melt my heart too. Let my heart burn within me as You expound
Your Scriptures to me daily.
- Make me a captive of Your Word,
Lord, so that Your Word may set me free from all other captivities.
- Let the Holy Spirit breathe on
the Word and illuminate and convert me wholly to God.
- May the Spirit cause me to
mourn for sin and the injustice and pain it brought unto my Lord. And the
wreckage it is still bringing on the souls of men today.
- May the Word not fall on deaf
ears in my life. Rathe,r may the Spirit carry the Word into my conscience
to produce a lifelong disciple of Jesus in me.
- Holy Spirit, please join the chariot of God's Word and carry me to heaven when it is time. Amen.
- Thank You, Lord for the life of
Thomas Watson. Cause my life also to drop the dew of daybreak for others
to profit from, now and long after I have gone to glory. Amen.
